Becoming an Effective Leader is a program for leaders who want to gain a better understanding of their impact on others.  This coaching and feedback intensive process will take participants through a multi-step process where they gain a better understanding of their "self perception" in comparison with "other perception" so that they may consider what steps to take to become more effective in their work with others.  Dan has many years of experience working with leaders at all levels and is effective in working with clients to help them overcome the "hurdles" they experience in their work relationships.
